Marissa is Lake Pointe Wellness Center’s registered nurse. She graduated cum laude from Kennesaw State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s of science in nursing. After graduating, Marissa immediately started working at the hospital with a focus on women’s health. She not only works here at Lake Pointe Wellness Center, but also works as a registered nurse at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in the Mother/Baby unit. She is currently certified in basic life support for healthcare providers (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS).

Marissa currently resides in Dallas, Georgia with her husband and two young children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors or watching sports.
